I’m Michelle Butts, a public health professional, entrepreneur, and emerging leader in occupational health and safety. With over a decade of experience in leadership and regulatory compliance, I focus on strategic planning, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in Health Education and Promotion with a pre-med concentration, a Master of Arts in Graphic and Web Design, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Environmental and Occupational Health.

My vision is to continue shaping occupational health and safety at the intersection of policy, compliance, education, and promotion. I am especially driven to improve systems that protect healthcare and industrial workers, ultimately strengthening workplace policies, processes, and programs at the organization and federal levels.
